Four years ago my husband was transferred to South Georgia.  We had been in our home for over 20 years and we totally unprepared for the process of selling our home.  We had seen several homes in our area listed with John and they were going under contract and selling rapidly.  We had even remarked before we knew we were moving that if we ever needed an agent we would find John because he was so successful. 

John listed our home for us and had a contract within weeks.  He was always available for my millions of questions, always courteous when showing our home and always gave us feedback from the people who had seen the home.  We did not want to move and with my husband having to move quickly to start his new job it felt like we were in a whirlwind.  John was our stabilizer and helped us get through the sale and closing.  We kept in touch as we knew we would only be gone about three years.  As soon as we were transferred back north John was the first to know after immediate family! 

I came up and met with him to begin the search for our new home.  It would be several months before the transfer took place and he was so patient with all my visits north, dragging him from subdivision to subdivision to look. John would patiently let me check out every corner and answer all my questions without every being pushy. I have no idea how many miles he logged with me and he never once complained.  When he is working with you, you know that you have his full attention.  If he didn't know the answer, he found out.  I think he was just as excited as we were when we found the perfect home.  He checked back to make sure our move went well and we were settled.  I have recommended him to everyone I know who is planning a move and will continue to do so.  My parents are now in the market to downsize and he is helping them.

John has become more than an agent to us, he is a good friend.   (June 2009)
